It’s never too early to start prepping for the wine grape harvest. From getting last season’s wines bottled to double checking the functionality of harvest and processing equipment, there is a lot to do between now and when those first grapes arrive at the crush pad.
The pending harvest season may not feel like it is immediately on the horizon. Nonetheless, good preparation can get the winemaker and cellar crew off on the right foot.
