Years ago, when we had a consultant they had us purchase this piece of equipment for alcohol testing for wine. We were instructed to first determine the boiling point of water, and then replace the sample chamber with wine to determine the boiling point for wine. We never have used it, but are looking to start running alcohol tests in house. Do you know what it is? Also, we would appreciate any protocol associated with this piece of equipment.
